Beschreibung: The picture is dominated by the figure of Sperantza Vrana. She is pictured in a full body stance, performing a dancing move. As she is wearing a tight bodice, her seductive, well-shaped legs are revealed. Her supple, elegant and attractive body is beautifully outlined. On the right, three miniatures of men appear, offering her their heart. They are the leading actors of the film, Koulis Stoligkas, Nikos Rizos and Giannis Gionakis, who hold a heart in their hands which grows as it is presented to the leading actress. At the bottom of the poster, the title of the film in red, capital, letters, reads: PENNILESS LOVERS. On the right, above the miniatures of the men, their names are recorded: “Stoligkas, Rizos, Gionakis and Vrana”. At the top left appears the logo of “Tzal Film”. At the bottom, on the left reads the artist’s signature: “Apol”. At the poster’s bottom right, the firm “Pechlivanidis Printing” is recorded.
A particularly attractive depiction of Sperantza Vrana, with rosy, glowing skin, a slim waist and a seductive bust. In contrast to this figure, the caricatures - the cartoons of the three actors - are given a huge head and a tiny body, as they bow before the female figure that dominates the poster. A particularly comical and witty idea that succeeds in portraying the film’s ambience.
